Professional History
During nearly 20 years in the financial industry,
Frank has worked with a variety of firms and the gamut of financial planning
vehicles.
Throughout his career, Frank has helped individuals
with their tax and retirement planning – Rollovers and IRAs. He has
established 529s for families saving for college. Together with a team of
tax and legal advisors, Frank can advise business owners in managing their
firms through the inevitable phases of growth and survival.

Frank firmly believes that you come first. It is
important for him to work with each of his clients individually to achieve a
successful outcome. In order to do so, he is well practiced in asking the
right questions to determine the financial solution for you. He is also able
to incorporate tax-saving techniques into your financial plan.
Frank’s business is based on a very specific
statement of goals that sets him apart and furthers his ability to partner
with his clients and fulfill the aspirations of those he works with. By
building long-term relationships with individual and business clients, he
establishes financial strategies to meet both short- and long-term
objectives. Frank is proactive in helping his clients maximize returns and
minimize, reduce or eliminate taxes on their investments. With the ultimate
goal of preserving wealth, Frank can build a personal portfolio within your
safety needs, so you can sleep at night.

Professional Organizations
With a firm belief in being involved with the
community and furthering both business and individual success, Frank is a
member and officer of several professional organizations in the area. He is
a former officer of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce and a co-founder of
the East Hanover-Business Network International Group. He is also a
participant in the Sons of the American Legion and Toastmasters, and raised a
puppy-in-training for the Seeing Eye Foundation. His involvement in these
and other community groups further enhances his connections with his
individual and business clients.
Family
After graduating from Fordham University and later
Fairleigh Dickinson, Frank went on to marry Ming Ying, who emigrated from PR
China where she was an administrator at Qing Dao Law School. They celebrated
the birth of their daughter, Madison, in April of 2005.
