During Frank’s 25+ years in the financial industry, he has worked with a variety of firms and the gamut of financial planning vehicles.
Throughout his career, Frank has helped businesses and individuals with tax efficient retirement plans. He has established company 401k retirement plans, opened IRAs, ‘roll-overs’ and 529s for families saving for college.
Together with a team of tax and legal advisors, Frank can advise business owners in managing their firms through the inevitable phases of growth and survival.
Frank firmly believes that you come first. It is important for him to work with each of his clients individually to achieve a successful outcome. In order to do so, he is well practiced in asking the right questions and then listening carefully to determine the best financial solution for you.

By building long-term relationships with individual and business clients, he establishes financial strategies to meet both short- and long-term objectives. This in turn sets up a reciprocal ‘introduction circle’ where by clients help him maintain and build his practice.

With a firm belief in being involved with the community and furthering both business and individual success, Frank is a member and officer of several professional organizations. He is a former participant in the Sons of the American Legion; raised a puppy-in-training for the Seeing Eye; was President of the Livingston Toastmasters; is a member of the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce and assistant soccer coach in East Hanover. His involvement in these and other community groups further enhances his connections with his clients.
After graduating from Fordham University (B.A.) and later Fairleigh Dickinson (M.B.A.), Frank went on to marry Ming Ying, who emigrated from PR China where she was an administrator at Qing Dao Law School. They celebrated the birth of their daughter, Madison, in April of 2005.
